Our interpretation of one of the greatest classics of the Italian tradition, created using only the highest quality raw materials such as natural candied fruit from Calabria, the best selections of raisins and the aroma of vanilla Bourbon from Madagascar; embellished by the aromatic bouquet conferred by our sourdough.

The traditional long leavening Panettone won the 1st prize of “Panettone Senza Confini” contest, an event that rewards the best leavened products, and was awarded by an illustrious jury led bythe Italian Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari. Another confirmation of the quality of our work and of our leavened product, created from the original recipe of Rocco Scutellà, Italian Master Pastry Chef.

All enclosed in an excellent final product, soft and light, which owes its high digestibility thanks toa slow leavening of 48 hours. Seeing is believing.

Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, butter 14%, egg yolks 13%, candied orange, sourdough, sugar, raisins, water, cedar, salt, flavorings: organic vanilla. It may contain traces of nuts.
