Pan del Brigante
The “Pan del Brigante” has the typical form of Panettone, in reality it isa cake with a ntural leavening 48 hours, unique and irresistible characteristics.
One of a kind, exceptional in its simplicity. Inside there is a type of raisin, the Sultanina, chosen for its aromatic qualities and softened with a dip of Greco di Bianco(produced in Calabria).
It is a dessert that, thanks to its characteristics, we recommend you to taste accompanied by a zabaglione sauce or melted chocolate and hazelnut grains, and a glass of Greco di Bianco from the Ceratti company.
Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, butter 14%, egg yolks 13%, sourdough, sugar, water, white passito, salt, flavorings: organic vanilla. It may contain traces of nuts. Keep in a cold and dry place.
