Unique in its kind, exceptional in its simplicity. Inside there is a type of raisin, the Sultanine, chosen for its aromatic qualities and softened with a dip of Greco di Bianco (produced in Calabria).
It is a cake that, thanks to its characteristics, we recommend you to taste it accompanied by a zabaglione sauce or melted chocolate and hazelnut grains, and a glass of Greco di Bianco Ceratti company.
Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, 14% butter, 13% egg yolks, sourdough, sugar, water, custard (milk, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, natural flavours, organic vanilla), Greek white raisin, salt, flavours: organic vanilla. May contain traces of nuts. Store in a cool and dry place.
